UNDERSTANDING OUR PRICING STRUCTURE:
To optimize the text layout on your book’s front cover, we need a specific version of your cover. Ideally, your cover should be:
- Text-Free: A high-resolution version of your cover without any overlaid text, or
- Editable Format: A layered Photoshop (PSD) file or an InDesign (INDD) package.
If you can provide us with either of these formats, you’ll typically qualify for our minimum fee. This approach allows us to work more efficiently and keep costs low.
However, we understand that not everyone has access to these formats. If your cover is a flat image with text included, or if you have some of the original images but not the complete editable layout, don’t worry—we’re still here to help. In such cases, additional work is required, which may result in a higher fee. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while delivering the highest-quality design for your cover.
IMPORTANT:
- Please complete the order form below.
- Payment is required upon order. We will send the first draft as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours.
- This package includes a maximum of 3 rounds of changes.
- If we examine the files you have submitted and find an additional fee is required, or if this cover requires more than just text improvement, we will provide you with a quote for any additional charges. If you do not wish to continue, we will refund any payments already made.
- 100% Refund Guarantee: You can request a full refund any time, provided we haven’t sent you the final high-resolution files yet.
- All packages include changes and updates to the front/ebook covers only.
- All packages include the delivery of layered Photoshop files and high-res jpeg files upon completion.
- Optional extras include print cover layout (For KDP or Ingram Spark), audiobook cover layout and title page layout.
- Actual pricing will be confirmed after completion of the order form and review of the existing cover.
